ERJ Counseling

Therapy appointments are scheduled in advance. 

• Initial Evaluation/Assessment- 90-minute appointment $200
• Follow-up sessions:
  • 45-minute appointments $125 - usually for child, adolescent, and family sessions
  • 60-minute appointments $160 - usually for couple, parenting, and family sessions
  • An additional $40 is charged for each additional 15-minute block of time.

Supervision is given to individuals and groups.

All phone calls over 10 minutes will be considered a phone consulation and charged $50.

Cancellation Policy: Clients agree to pay in full for missed appointments unless they give 24 hours notice of cancellation.  

Clients are responsible for the submission of all claims to the insurance companies.  Clients will be given detailed receipts, which they may submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.  All payments due at time of service.  Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks and cash are accepted.
