Cancellation Policy: Clients agree to pay in full for missed appointments unless they give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
ERJ Counseling does not handle insurance claims for therapy services. Clients are responsible for the submission of all claims to their insurance companies. Clients can request a detailed receipt, which they may submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. All payments are due at the time of service. Venmo and Zelle are the preferred methods of payment. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. Below are prices for therapy services only.
Initial Appointment- 50 minutes $200
Follow up Sessions:
50-minute sessions $200- usually for individual, couple, parenting and family sessions.
90-minute sessions $360- usually for couple, co-parenting and family sessions. (Limited availability)
Longer sessions are available upon request.
Phone/Telehealth Sessions: Please schedule sessions in advance. These sessions are charged the same rate as follow-up sessions held in the office.
All phone calls lasting 5 minutes or more will be charged at a rate of $4 a minute.
